Maximize Your Baseball Potential
Newsflash

Science In Motion: PPBT relies upon scientifically proven information and techniques from two leading institutes - The American Sports Medicine Institute and Biokinetics and Associates.  These are the same institutes that a  majority of major league baseball teams and players utilize for expert, cutting edge advice. These two institutes have concluded that pitchers of all levels must focus on three areas to maintain a strong, healthy throwing arm:

  1. Proper Mechanics
  2. Proper Strength and Conditioning Programs
  3. Proper rest and recovery for the throwing arm in between pitching appearances.

Contact PPBT today in order to take advantage of these cutting edge techniques to improve your baseball performance!

Welcome to Peak Performance Baseball Training

PPBT is dedicated to providing everything a baseball player needs to improve their baseball development and future potential through:

  1. Instructional Throwing Mechanics
  2. Instructional Pitching Mechanics
  3. Physical Development Programs (Strength, Power, Speed, and Agility)
  4. Nutritional Guidance
  5. Arm Injury Rehabilitation
  6. Identification of and Treatment for Physical Limitations (such as muscle weaknesses and flexibility deficits)

These are the same areas of emphasis that professional baseball players seek out in order to help maximize their abilities.

At Peak Performance Baseball Training, we would like to deliver these services to you to maximize your baseball skills. We do this by evaluating each player for mechanical deficiencies in the areas of throwing / pitching mechanics, strength deficits, weaknesses or muscle imbalances and range of motion limitations. After taking into account any previous arm injuries and utilizing areas of sports science and rehabilitation, PPBT will then develop a multi-faceted program to improve your performance both on and off the field. In addition, PPBT will provide you with personalized instruction regarding all aspects of the program as well as monitor your progress on a regular basis.

Group and individual sessions are available. Check the events calendar to the left for group session availability. Sessions are held at the Glen Tufts Hitting and Training Center at One Component Park in West Bridgewater, Mass.
