We at Peak Performance Baseball Training are dedicated to the following goals:

  1. Maximizing your true genetic baseball potential.
  2. Educating players, coaches and parents about the proper and safe way to train and condition for the game of baseball.
  3. Keeping players healthy.
  4. Creating an environment where motivated players can excel at the game of baseball while simultaneously improving their self esteem.

Over the years, Mike has observed that far too many amateur players at all levels are playing without adequate conditioning and with poor mechanics. This ultimately results in overuse injuries to the throwing arm. These kinds of injuries, at the very least, can lead to less than optimal performance on the field - at worst, they can result in significant reduction or stoppage in playing time.

Mike believes that his proven techniques, used on a consistent and structured basis, will result in a significant reduction of the likelihood of these types of injuries as well as an increase in the potential for improved performance.
