Mike Bruemmel      BS, PTA, CSCS

Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and National Strength Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Mike is one of the few coaches in the field of baseball that is both a Pitching Coach and a Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. As a result, Mike has unparalleled insights and expertise in the fields of exercise science, pitching biomechanics and arm injury rehabilitation techniques. Combined with his knowledge of playing and coaching on the field, Mike is uniquely qualified to create an on and off the field player development program targeted to maximize a player's genetic baseball potential.

A former collegiate pitcher at the University of Maine, his career was cut short due to an arm injury. Mike personally has gone through the process of having major arm surgery, rehabbing, and returning back to the playing field. Mike's goal is to use his experiences (on the field and during the rehab process) to personally help you learn how to take care of your body, stay injury free and, ultimately, help you play the best baseball you possibly can.

Mike is active in his community, residing in Bridgewater, Mass. as a member of the Board of Directors for the Bridgewater Little League. He is also a coach for both a Little League team in Bridgewater and of the East Coast Eagles travel baseball team.

Accolades include:

  1. 1990 1st Team All New England Pitcher
  2. 1990 1st Team MASCAC Pitcher
  3. 1985 U.S. Olympic Festival East Baseball team
  4. 1984 Brockton Invitational Pitching Award

Former clients include Kevin Lynn of the AAA Durham Bulls. Mike trains baseball players of all levels - from Little League through the professional ranks.
